How to reject an offer?

I accepted an offer from IBM but got a better offer from Deloitte later. I decided to go with Deloitte however is it wrong to reject an offer? Will I get into some blacklist to the company? I have 1 month from my joining date at IBM. Please suggest

That’s ok, you can just politely reject over mail saying you got a better offer. People do this a lot.
