How to reject a band?

Hello guys, my reviewer had suggested an A band, but I received a B band. How do I reject it? My promotion is in pipeline since last July, despite of multiple appreciations from client, is it justified to bear all of this?

My reviewer asked me to have a word with my respective managers before rejecting it in system

When you open speed in pc mode you will see 2 button either accept or reject, you can do there
This is not there in mobile
