How to register company while being an IT employee?

Guys i want to register my own compony but the problem is I am a full time employee at Infosys. Infosys doesn't allow it's employees to be be majority shareholder of a company. My parents are also working so I can't make them majority shareholder either. What can I do in this situation. Any suggestions, any loophole. Please share.
