How to reduce the notice period in tcs when allocated in project?
I have an offer for 12L CTC but with 60 days notice period. Unfortunately, my current notice period is for 90 days and I am currently allocated in a project as a Lead. I want to relieve within 60 days as the offer is much better than what I get currently. How do I get relieved within 60 days from TCS when allocated in a project?
First resign and then talk with manager also try to talk with company and say that you want to extend for another 30 days when lwd or joining date is approaching
Only someone can help is your manager if they approve you will get early release even he have power to release in 1 month also but depends on his decision hr will release . I am telling this with my experience i have done this
No try for 15L CTC meanwhile
