How to reduce the notice period in tcs?

I have 1.2 years of experience at TCS and am currently preparing to switch to another company. However, the 3-month notice period is proving to be a challenge. Are there any ways to reduce the notice period, such as utilizing a buyout option or managing sick or earned leave to shorten it?
