It's in your managers hand. if there are no project impact he might release you he won't be bother about buy out. Once you are released then you need to speak to HR for early release and buy out. If you are in project HR won't listen to you

I am in a similar situation buddy.. my fault is while putting papers I mentioned that I got an offer and want an early release.
Now I'm not sure how I am gonna convince the manager and HR for a 30 days early release.
