Trending @Infosys; How to reduce the notice period?

It's been 2 years from now I joined infosys after I feel not recognised and underpaid. So tried skill up my self on Lex by completing the courses. management is not supportive and lot of politics and favouritism is going on. So I'm thinking to move out but wherever I give interview my profile is being kept on hold due to 60 days notice period. Is there any possibile way to reduce it?

No there is no way it will get reduced, it's better to resign without offer

I have 20 earned leaves can I use them? Or buyout option?

Nowadays companies not accepting 60 days notice period professionals.

If you don't take leaves then based on 20 days leaves you will get the basic pay income

Infy has 90d np. How come it's 60 for u? They will decrease np only if ur on bench.
