Trending @Capgemini; How to reduce notice period
I have received an offer from a new organization. During the interview process, I mentioned that I am currently serving my notice period and would be available to join within the next 30 days.
Now they have released the offer letter, and I want to know the options to reduce my notice period at Capgemini. However, I’m currently assigned to a billable project and not on the bench.
Could anyone suggest the best way to approach this situation and the possible ways to reduce the notice period in Capgemini?
Any insights or guidance would be highly appreciated.
Kindly check with your HR and take an approval from the manager on email saying he has no objection if you leave early. In 2020 one of my friend did the same and he was told to pay the salary of 2 month to reduce the notice period to 30 days, which he opted for and moved out of the organisation. One more thing, please don't consider absconding as an option
