How to reduce notice period
Currently I have submitted resignation.. but the notice period is 90 days. I want early relieving as I am not well but HRs are not helping and business head is not caring and reporting manager is putting it on HR.. what to do?. I am getting more sick and migraines are increasing as days are passing..

If you are joining somewhere, it makes sense to negotiate a shorter NP. If not: I’ll say chill, let the money flow in, it’s their loss not yours. Take sick leaves if need be. Delay your work. Don’t show up on meetings/calls, say net isn’t working or literally anything else.
Consider these 90 days as a honeymoon period and relax. Travel to relax if need be.
