How to reduce my health insurance plan to default to gold where I selected gold plus last year.
Not sure but I guess they have discontinued Gold Plan and now there is Gold Plus and Platinum only.
No no gold plan is still there
It’s based on Grade. C3A and above is default to Gold plus and they can choose higher pla Platimum only. C2 and below can have Gold plan by default and they can upgrade to Gold Plus or Platinum. Also there is locking period of 3 years.
i think there is a lockin period of 3 years. if u have completed 3 years since opting for a higher plan, you can change it from gess.
Please think when you want to reduce the plan if you have an aged mother and father my suggestion is don't change planes I haven't seen any company providing like our TCS health insurance . If your premium amount will cover the domocery claim

The is locking period to downgrade the plan although u can upgrade it now
