How to reclaim medibuddy insurance

Hello guys , I left tcs in july 2025, but I enrolled my father in insurance from 2022. So if my father want to admit in hospital, does insurance covers expenses? If not, what are the other options?

Before leaving you should have taken policy continuation letter from ultimatix. Then with nominal premium at personal level the policy would continue.

You should've downloaded the policy continuation letter from HIS portal. If you give it to the insurance company, they'll switch it to a personal one.
