How to reach till package of 1CR in NCR?

Im 10 yr+ backed java developer having strong knowledge of cloud designing multithreading. Ready to learn any new technologies or take a better role. My current package is 42. What can I do to get a package of 1 CR in NCR? If anyone is near that please advise.
