How to raise WFO Exception request ?

Maximum 30 days period is allowed at one time. This will be raised in GESS and an approval workflow will be initiated. You can see the status and reach out to appropriate person if the request is not moving further for some time. Generally it takes around 4-5 days in total.

Gess - wfoexception , if it's less than 5 days u can discuss with your manager and get it approved if it's long duration u need to submit relevant docs and start an email chain with your hr and manager.
