Trending @Infosys; How to raise Grievance against HR

Hello everyone

I need advice and help to be honest I am experiencing a bit of anxiety I have been trying to reach my HR for the last 3 weeks to complete the validation of e-separation as I am discussing early release but continuously she is ignoring, even his manager is also not responding in mail and everywhere.

Despite of easclation no response totally unprofessional behaviour, should I raise Grievances for her .

Yes, these managers and HRs usually don't give a shit to their employees despite of multiple remainders, usually happens when they have 50+ reporting to them

Write a vb script to automatically send reminder mails every 10 minutes. Flood her mailbox then she will notice.
