Trending @Cognizant; How to raise a software installation request

I got a replacement laptop today and want to install the Citrix workspace app. When I go to GSD and click anything it just takes me to the chatbot which is kinda crappy.. doesn't provide any solution.

How can I bypass this and raise a request?
