How to proceed with salary negotiations

Recently after clearing all rounds, I am in negotiations rounds. As I was not fairly paid due to being in same org for long. I asked for 70 percent hike. Its for application engineer for project controls. The HR said it was too much. I shared the bracket around 50-70 then. The role has budget. How to proceed with negotiation as this will be my first job change. YOE 6

Is bluffing salary and asking more would have been better approach. I shared my correct details and am lowballed. How to deal with further negotiations. I mentioned I will be switching from remote to hybrid for this, plus there is a due promotion tentative in March. Please help with dealing and getting best offer.
