How to proceed in a UX career?

currently working at a start up(SaaS, Recruitment domain), 1 YOE. Joined Straight Outta college. The company has No senior designers. Spend more time projecting and defining feature goals all by myself. No infrastructure for User Testing (Company is scared to deal with customers for it, apparently this might backfire) No work-life balance Still college level / slightly better UI and UX skills Have self doubt Want to showcase the projects worked on but there are no way to know how impactful this feature was. Tbh we did it because 2 customers requested it.
