How to proceed for release
I’m a fresher and I am currently working in a support project since 5 months which is randomly allocated to me without consent (work location is also far away from my native city). Initially my project leads told that I must resign in order to get released. But few days ago they have stated few times that people can talk to hr and take release if they don’t like the project, in an angry tone. Taking that seriously, I started searching for projects and I got a very good opportunity in technology of my choice. Now, how do I proceed with the release? Should I drop a mail? Will they accept my release? What are the odds? Seeking suggestions from people who were in similar situations.
