How to prepare for job before joining?

I am a fresher from one of the blacki iims. I do not have any experience in coding. I will soon be joining American express in product management role (management trainee). I believe it is a digital product management role, but I'm not sure.

I am currently learning SQL. But I'm not sure what other skills I need to have for my job. All kind of guidance or suggestions are appreciated.
