How to prepare for interview

Hi

I am a Data Architect with 16 years experience. Have done solution in and designing for cloud solutions involving Snowflake, ADF, LogicApps etc. My problem is that if I get any work I am very confident that I can get it done either by learning or I already know it or experimenting whatever.

But I am very under confident when it comes to interviews. In 16 years I made only 2 switches, first being after 12 years of my first job. So definitely my package is very less compared to what people get with my experience and technology landscape.

But how do I prepare for interview? How do I get confidence that I can crack it? Anyone who can guide what do they generally ask at this level? Like I am bad with mugging up answers. I can explain scenarios but I fear what if I don’t say it all. The fear of rejection is not letting me prepare my resume. Any guidance on how interview happens and how should I prepare myself will be really helpful
