Trending @Accenture; How to prepare and attend for interviews?
I’m trying to do a switch. Accenture is my first company and I’m here for 6 years now. I’m being paid less compared to others of my experience and role.
Now I’m thinking to do a switch, where can I apply for interviews and how to start preparing for interviews?

Having 6 yrs exp, you need to have very good knowledge in your domain. You will get very good hikes as well. But you need to prepare really well for the interviews.
Naukri is a good platform. Just start applying there, you'll start getting few calls if you apply for positions regularly.
After attending 2-3 interviews, you'll also get to know the what to expect in the interview.

Just apply in naukri and start preparing everyday. You will getting calls for interview once you got one offer put the paper and try for other offers to boost the package without being idle. If possible ask the manager for early release. Once you are in notice period the possible of getting the interview calls will be high since they want a immediate joiner.

Prepare well. Show your skills and the amount of domain knowledge you have gained in your 6 YOE. I saw in another comment that you're getting 8.5 LPA. You can easily jump to 15-20 LPA depending on how much you impress the recruiters and your negotiation skills. All the best!

Use ChatGPT and prepare for interview questions, like interview questions for your domain for 1 year of experience , similar 2 year of experience and like this.
You will have lot of questions .

Hello, as you mentioned it’s your first company, I’m really curios to know from level you started and your current level with the respective level wise packages you got please!!

Same with me as well!
