How to pick myself up and start my job search !!!!

I am so low on confidence about my abilities that I self doubt whether someone would trust me and pick me for a job. Was a good student all through my life and now I don’t find confidence in anything I do. How to come out of this situation and look for a job? If some of you have experienced this at some point in your life how did you come out of that situation? Pls help
