How to overcome 60 days notice period.

I have been apply actively for a job switch and all I get to hear back from recruiters is we want immediate joiners. Like seriously? Unless you get an offer how can you trigger resignation and be on notice period.

P.S- I have tried saying I’m on bench and currently sitting idle without project so there is a room for negotiation with HR for early release
