How To Obtain my LWD
How long does it typically take to receive a Last Working Day (LWD) confirmation after submitting a resignation at TCS?
It has been 40 days since I submitted my resignation, and I am currently allocated to a project. My supervisor has advised me to contact HR, but HR has instructed me to wait. Could you please advise on how to expedite the process and obtain my LWD?
Same with me. I resigned before 1 week. I now assume long way ahead.
But in background I believe they are figuring out whether to retain or not and all sort of BS.
TCS told me to retain with 80% hike comparing my current offer. But all are in verbal communication no email communication. In addition They are incrementing mostly in QVA. So I rejected the offer.
A new column gets added in the CTC called 'Personal Expenses'. That retention amount goes under this header, not QVA
