I have resigned recently and got an offer now but the company wants me to join in 30 days. How should I approach this conversation with my manager?
Can Infy managers really help you reduce the notice period if they want to or not? Can managers help us in buyout? Anyone who knows about this, please share your experience.
Since you are in project and billable, it's very difficult to get release.
Still you can have a discussion with your manager and give reasons like medical urgency/family crisis/higher studies etc. and request for buyout.

Don't work just pass time for a week then there will negotiations from ur manager
