How to negotiate with manager to reduce Notice period
I have resigned recently and got an offer now but the company wants me to join in 30 days. How should I approach this conversation with my manager?

Yes they can definitely help you. If your manager is a reasonable person they will let you go if there isn’t a huge dependency
Regarding the new company you can tell them I can try to negotiate (you must have had a discussion regarding notice period what was the days you agreed on?)
In Infosys, the notice period is 90 days, in the new company, they agreed only for the 30 days time because they won't wait for 90 days

I demanded a 60% hike and I got 40% hike It is WFO but hundred times better than this shit hole
