Trending @Infosys; How to negotiate this

I need an early release within a month but my MU lead is not ready to release me and is asking me to serve 90 days. I talked to a Senior in Leadership but he is also not ready to do it… Please suggest what I should do. And I am able to get release project but MU lead doesn’t care.
