I got an offer from Capgemini as a senior consultant position. They offered me 21.5 (10% variable pay). How to negotiate to get more. What is the average salary offered for 6-7 years experience in Capgemini for lateral hire

Mostly going to work as an individual contributor as per their tech stack. It all depends on the client and work requirements.

Attend other interviews and show offer letters if possible. BDW 21 is good package for 6-7 yoe.

Same years of experience, same salary exactly, including variable! So I guess it's okay for Capgemini. You can ask more outside.
