How to negotiate more salary
I have 3.6 years of experience, every hr asks for our base salary at it 4.38LPA for my experience in the my domain the average salary is 10LPA but they are asking our salary first and when I ask more than 100% ask idk if they will agree . I have a interview next week please help me on how to negotiate salary, I feel like I deserve 13-15LPA

Ask them to pay as per market standards. Don't hesitate if they will agree but be reasonable during negotiations and ask the budget for this role.
