How to negotiate in current company for hike
I have got an offer letter from a company with DOJ. I have heard mixed reviews of that company, so I am thinking not to join. But I don't want the offer letter to get wasted so how can I tell my current company and ask them to match it. Do companies generally entertains this ?

No company entertains this. It's the risk you take, if your current employer matches the pay: well and good, else you will join the other company
