5.5 yrs of experience Tier 1 MBA Fully WFO

What should I ask for SPM at Policybazaar?

Also, HR is asking for

  • 3-months salary slips
  • Alternate Offer Letter (I said I have; but I don't)

Should I share these? Aren't salary slips asked before joining?

Any help would be appreciated.

Obviously you don't need to give them your alternate offer letter.

And yes salary slips are required after joining.

She's probably trying to lowball you. Just be upfront with her. Tell her I don't have to share these documents with you. You can continue with the process or keep your job and find someone else.

Also, she mentions that I can you X amount. If you want anything more than that - you need to share the alternate offer letter and salary slips.

And any idea on - what amount should I quote?

If they are asking for blurred documents then just create a fake one man! You can quote whatever amount you want then 😛
