I also want to move there but I see you are working at Amazon so you have more chances of your resume getting selected.. and try from internal job portal of Amazon as well. And from LinkedIn look for visa sponsored companies

First you need a language certificate otherwise it's very very difficult to get a job. Secondly, Taxes will eat your salary and Europe is stupidly expensive
