How to move outside India

I am 4 yrs experience java developer, serving notice period. But my goal is to move out of india preferably in European countries or USA or any other better country for growth. I am keeping MS as an 2nd option. But want to keep 1. Onsite opportunity or 2. direct job in those countries. Can someone help me here whats the process i should follow for both.
