How to move out of India along with senior citizen parents?

Working in tech, mid senior level engineer, tier 1 college in india. I want to leave india and take my parents with me as well. Which countries should I seek job at and how?

Weatern countries have practically shut door. Target rich Gulf countries. Keep Indian citizenship, earn tax free income, live in first world conditions. Best habibi.
