Past 5 years I am working in a project as mainframe senior developer. I am getting good ratings and all but the hike is less. When I attend interviews I have realised I have forgotten many technical since now I am more doing business related analysis and attending calls and mainly leading others in team. Is it possible to move into a business related role within project
