How to move ahead with job search as have career gap

I was working in IT firm from 2021 to 2023, took decision of leaving the job without appropriate plan of switching career, and now it’s been 2 years since I’m unemployed. I’ve lost touch with the domain I was working in, it’s taking time for me to revise things and get calls for interviews too. Have given 3 interviews until now, but understood that I need to revise things thoroughly. Any advices how to approach HRs and land a job soon? Thank you.
