As a corporate employee, weekdays are not free. Living with family & travel daily for 4 hours daily (so no time for 3-4 of my current so called friends)
Average looking & No female collegues.

Don’t make that mistake. You don’t just go out and “meet girls”.
Start a hobby, weekend activity, gym, whatever- keep yourself busy. Socialise with people. Eventually you’ll find women you like and then it’s upto you to decide how you want to pursue who.
I have no time is an excuse, find the time - sort your priorities.
This is if you want to find good women. If you’re looking for xxx - just download tinder and a lot of them would sleep with you for food/drinks/shopping/gifts.
