How to maximize my income going forward?

Currently, I'm working in a 35 people B2b startup as an APM earning about 12 LPA(all fixed) with over 2.5 years of experience(made a switch from early stage startup to my current company). I'm currently leading quite ambiguous AI projects. I'm pretty sure I'll be up for promotion in the upcoming cycle.

Going forward what skills should i aquire to insure I'm able earning as much as the top 10% in our field.

A bit about my background - I'm from a non tech background on paper but have acquired a good technical knowledge over a period of time and I'm easily able to hold my own in my current org and am seen as the quite reliable - gets shit done person.
