How to maximize learning?

Senior and cracked devs of GV, After some effort, I finally made a switch from a SBC to a decent PBC, Even though it's only been a week here, I can see the difference in quality.

How can I maximize my learning here on my own? (Seniors are very helpful but they're often quite busy)

PS: I am still looking out for frontend dev opportunities but only in Bangalore, As i want to move to Bangalore due to some personal reasons. Any help would be appreciated.
