12moHow to manage projects in parallel?
Hello, more senior people of GV! I’m currently working on multiple projects/POCs in parallel and finding tough to allot time to each. I’m mostly working solo for writing code, organising results, managing documentation of multiple projects. How can I best manage time and organise the work to present to my stakeholders?

I find it easier to prioritise things on a weekly basis and focus on finishing one at a time. It’s all about importance n impact.
