How to manage notice period lie

It is my first switch and I have been applying outside by mentioning the notice period as 15 days and plan to resign once I get the offer letter.

I need guidance as to how to proceed further once the offer letter/doj is received.

Should I say that I have fallen sick and can you extend the doj or how exactly to deal with this.

And doing this will lead to any PF overlap OR dual employment

Please guide me

Take release from project, go to bench they'll send you within 10 days

But my project guys won't give release so easily, so that's why it is better to resign. But just trying to tackle 90 days np.

Better to apply with 45 days np. At least you will have some time to play within tcs and can request to extend 45 days for the new company. Although I managed to get offer letter with 90 days np. Opportunities are less but they are still there.

I have bluffed to a company that my LWD is 15th November, tomorrow interview got scheduled and if I get the offer letter, then I'll resign here.

If I get an offer letter, I need a good excuse, so that they extend my joining date in their company.

Let me know if u got any ideas.

First focus on interview 😂. Take this interview as learning opportunity. For next company try with 45 or 60 days np. If not getting enough interview you can look into paid naukri services, those might help.

Whatever you do, do not join the company while working or being part of TCS.

The PF system or any overlapping system will flag you. Which can leave a black mark on your profile forever.

My suggestion is put down your paper and apply for the position. See if you have decided to jump you need to take an effort and risk from your side otherwise it makes no sense.

Second, starting at a new company with a lie is a big risk. If you say your NP is 15 days and then you plan to extend it with a lie you will get caught on quickly. Especially when TCS NP is 90 days. What will you do for the remaining 75 days ?

Last option is being honest about the 90 days.

Please dont try the all safe approach that too with lies. The risks far outweighs the rewards. Yes there are people who have beaten the system. But most of them get caught later or get caught in the beginning then lose out everything. Nobody says that stuff. I had an acquaintance who did this and now is unable to get into established tech companies as he keeps failing his BGC cause he did something similar. Only sales job and startups (that too very fresh low paying kind) are his options.

Please just be honest or take the risk and put your papers.
