Trending @Cognizant; How to manage leaves for AY-2025

Hi All,

I'm thinking about dropping papers in April-25. Just wanted to know how to proceed with leaves and what benefits I get with the leave balances when I leave the org.

And is there any chance to reduce notice period with leaves that I have🤔?
