How to manage Home Loan Smartly.

I am planning to take home loan of 30lakhs for 2BHK flat. My starting EMI expectation is 25k per month. Please suggest on managing it going further or anything to consider (like tenure, interest, Bank) before taking.

Your principal and emi are fixed as per your inputs, so tenure is also more or less fixed. Almost all banks give similar interest rate, try govt banks if possible
