First get prepared for interview
Scenario 1:
Get offer for companies which accepts 90 days notice like Infosys etc.

Scenario 2: give interview tell already serving notice and 1 month is remaining and get a offer letter.

If on project ask for release from project telling you won't be able to work due to xyz medical conditions. On bench resign and negotiate for 1 month, most probably they will release.

Only through reference process I think it’s possible for companies to wait till 3 months.
