How to make project switch in TCS?

I'm having proficiency in Japanese language and currently i'm in GE HC project, all over i'm having experience of 8 years, tech stack consists of Spring boot, angular and MSSQL, how do i perform project switch within TCS with relevant skills i have?

I also asked my current managers to give me a release but they denied and instead they gave me a team to lead.
