How to leave IBM?

I have 20 years of work ex, package 28 lpa, band 7B. I see my juniors joining at a higher band and salary, contributing much less to IBM than I do.

While here people getting band 8 are considered to be at a risk. Work is monotonous, in new technologies, I do not get adequate help, whereas in my technologies, I have taught teams, done RFPs, taken interviews.

Only thing stopping me is the thrice a week coffee swipe culture. I manage my kid and family easily. How to break this honey trap and switch to a higher package and a deserving role?

Bhai why do you comment such things? How does it help? Reminding someone what they missed out on?

You are highly underpaid for your experience but if you are able to maintain good work life balance, it’s fine. With so much experience under your belt you can easily move to a high impact role if you want with higher package, more responsibilities and less work life balance.
