How to learn performance marketing at home?

Hi viners, I’d like to build my skillset in performance marketing. I want to build skills in digital marketing and thought performance marketing is the right place to start (please correct me if I’m wrong). Let me know of any avenues to learn performance marketing at home.

I don’t have the scope to learn in my current job in which I focus on research, data analytics, and offers/promotions.
