How to land a high paying Remote job as a fresher in software engineering?

I would like to know what are the ways that freshers can follow in order to land a High paying remote job. Any websites out there where folks can apply for technical roles would be very much appreciated!!!!

Well you need to be skilled enough for the “high paying remote job” first. Notably be a senior engineer/designer/product manger.
