How to know who is your HR. HR is unit specific or project specific?

I am in project but not allocated. I have asked my manager he replied me in a sarcastic way that you even don't know your hr and don't given any induction manual for project.

You can get it your project induction manual or aks your manager. If your allocation and unit tagging is proper then you will be able to see it in speed as well
