How to know whether one is average or below average?

If no one ever bullied you are you average? I mean I put myself in below average category.

My complexion is ultra fair and I'm tall but looks kinda bad. I have rounded face but I'm skinny.

I mean poor jawline and it creates a round shape totally circular,it isn't fat it is shape. My jaw was never like teenage guy and it does affect looks. So i maybe I'm below average criteria? I have hardly seen with circular face shape who is skinny.
